To open an account on fullscript.com, follow these steps:

For patients, a practitioner will send an email with instructions to get started. If there is no invite, ask the practitioner about it.
Fullscript Return Policy?
Fullscript accepts returns for products purchased within the last 30 days that are unopened and not heat-sensitive. To initiate a return, the order number, product name(s), and quantities are required. The Customer Success team will provide a unique RMA number and the return shipping address. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipment for tracking and processing the refund.
Wholesale products purchased at a supplier volume discount rate are final sale and ineligible for return. Some exceptions may apply, and contacting the Customer Success team is recommended for more information.
Return processing times can take 5-10 business days once the item is received at the warehouse. An email confirming the refund will be sent once it has been completed. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment, and it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in the account.
Fullscript does not provide return shipping labels for product returns but will issue a full refund for the product cost and waive all restocking fees. The company guarantees a 90-day shelf-life on all products purchased. Products with an expiry short of 90 days are removed from inventory and not distributed. Some brands print manufactured dates instead of expiry dates on their bottles. The Customer Success team can confirm the date form on behalf of the customer if there are concerns about the date presented on products received.
